Tomorrowland Winter 2020 Refund Process

Read more about the refund process with Sunweb Group

Earlier this month you were informed about the cancellation of Tomorrowland Winter 2021. On this page, you can find more information on how you can request a cash refund for your Tomorrowland Winter 2020 Corona Voucher.

As of November 4, you will be able to fill in the refund form. You will be refunded for the voucher value of your Corona Voucher. Keep in mind that your bank may charge transaction fees and/or currency exchange fees, impacting the final amount you receive on your account. We also remind you that the additional Sunweb voucher of 5% expires if you opt for a cash refund.

You will receive your refund, at the latest, three months after you filled in the refund form. Sunweb needs this time to do all necessary checks and to ensure refunds are properly processed. You can start your refund process and access the refund form through the red button below.
