Tomorrowland Winter 2020 Refund Process

Earlier this month you were informed about the cancellation of Tomorrowland Winter 2021. On this page, you can find more information on how you can request a cash refund for your Tomorrowland Winter 2020 Corona Voucher.

As of November 4, you will be able to fill in the refund form. You will be refunded for the voucher value of your Corona Voucher. Keep in mind that your bank may charge transaction fees and/or currency exchange fees, impacting the final amount you receive on your account. We also remind you that the additional Sunweb voucher of 5% expires if you opt for a cash refund.

You will receive your refund, at the latest, three months after you filled in the refund form. Sunweb needs this time to do all necessary checks and to ensure refunds are properly processed. You can start your refund process and access the refund form through the red button below.

Request a refund for your voucher

The voucher information you have entered is not correct. Please make sure you are using the correct voucher code and corresponding email and date of birth. You can find all this information in your Tomorrowland Account (in the ‘Account’ section of your Tomorrowland Account). In case you already requested a charge back with your Credit Card company, it is not possible to ask for a refund via this form. Please await your credit card charge back, this can take some time. Fill in your Corona voucher code, mail address and birthdate of the Main Buyer. You can find your Corona voucher code in your Tomorrowland Account.

As of November 4, you will be able to fill in the refund form. You will also be asked to provide the following information:

- Refund type (SEPA/Non-SEPA)

- First Name

- Last Name


- Swift /BIC Code

- Country

If you are living in a non-SEPA country, you will also be asked to fill in the following details:

- Personal address

- Beneficiary bank name

- Beneficiary bank address

- Beneficiary bank country

- Routing and account number

What are SEPA and non-SEPA?
SEPA stands for "Single Euro Payments Area". SEPA allows transactions to be completed more easily and swiftly, anywhere in Europe. Click here to check if your country is a SEPA country.

- Do you live in a SEPA country?
If your bank is located in a SEPA country, please select "SEPA refund". Your bank won't charge a transaction fee.

- If you don't live in a SEPA country:
If your bank is located in a non-SEPA country, please select "non-SEPA refund". You will need to provide more details about your bank. Please note that your bank might charge you a transaction fee. This fee depends on your bank and country. Contact your bank to double-check if all the necessary information is correct.

What is a SWIFT/BIC code?
A SWIFT or BIC code is a unique code that is assigned to your bank to identify it. If you do not know this code please contact your bank.

What is an IBAN code?
IBAN is your International Bank Account Number. If you do not know this number, please contact your bank. Please note that not every country uses an IBAN code. If your country does not use an IBAN code, then please select Non-SEPA in the refund form and fill in all the details.
